This policy explains how Juliette François collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use this website, request a free guide, or work with Juliette as a client.
What is collected
Only what is needed to send you what you asked for and to run the business:
Details you share when enquiring about or taking part in a coaching programme.
Basic, non-identifying website analytics such as pages visited and referring site.
How it is used
To deliver the guide or resource you requested.
To send occasional marketing emails — new guides, programme openings and notes from Juliette. Every one of these includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
To respond to your enquiries and deliver coaching services.
Consent and unsubscribing
When you enter your details to receive a free guide, you consent to receiving that guide and occasional marketing emails. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing [email protected]. Unsubscribing does not affect any coaching services already underway.
Who your information is shared with
Your details are never sold or rented. They are securely stored in DreamMaker, our customer relationship management (CRM), email and scheduling platform, and may be shared with other trusted service providers where necessary to operate the business, or where required by law.
Confidentiality of coaching
Anything discussed in a coaching session is treated as confidential, other than where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk to someone's safety.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] and it will be actioned within a reasonable time.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to work and for basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still function.
